Plop...I sit at my desk to write...nothing.

Brain fog.

Just had Mexican-American breakfast: tortillas, eggs, bacon, and potatoes.

But no tengo energy.

What do I do?

Crack open Instagram by default. It's too easy not to.

RIGHT?

Here are the culprits of low energy:

Bad habits – sleep, diet, and movement.

They play a huge role in your brain’s ability to focus.

How?

Quality rest boosts learning and memory helping your brain recharge.

Without it, you function at 40-60% (if you’re lucky).

Movement improves blood flow (brain energy) and good food brings nutrients to fuel focus.

As an ex-personal trainer, I still used to struggle with good eating habits and going to bed on time.

But once I discovered a few simple health hacks, my performance shot through the roof.

I felt like my college days were back.

Endless energy and motivation.

No more slogging through code or writing sessions.

No more telling my kids I’ll play with them later.

No more easy dopamine on social media.

Motivation comes after clarity
